Classes Offered

Early Achievers & Courage

The beginning phase that we are able to build our foundation from. In this class expect the building of essential motor skills while learning to interact with other children their own age and being able to listen to and follow specifically designed techniques and games as they start to learn about all the benefits when training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. ï»¿â€‹

Honor and Strength

As your sons and daughters are growing older they need new challenges in order to keep them motivated to succeed. Here is where this takes place. They will be pushed to new physical limits and now possess the muscle memory for multiple self-defense and sport techniques. More complex techniques, submissions, and sequences start to develop them into more fluid practioners and be able to test these limits more competitively.  ï»¿â€‹

Adults

The Adults curriculum is a comprehensive breakdown of fundamental techniques used in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. From the practical application of typically used self-defense techniques to a systematically broken down guide through the basic techniques used in sport orientated BJJ, both Gi and NoGi. Once students reach the blue belt with 3 stripes level they will be also invited to start attending the Techique Breakdown classes to further advance their knowledge of each position in an indepth study.

This class is included for any child in the Early Achievers or Courage program. The same also applies to any parent that is enrolled in the Adult program, you are welcome to join in as well. This class is a fitness based class to help families bond. 1 day a week we get together and have some fun exercising and playing BJJ games. Don't let the title fool you, if you are an older brother or an aunt you too can bring in your loved ones. This could be a great class to introduce someone to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or get over the initial shyness of participating in a formal group setting. T-shirt and shorts, no uniform required.

Kids Competition

For those that attend the Honor or Strength Program, the Competition class is a great way to push yourself to new heights. During this time we amp up everything, from intruction to tempo. Building a strong mind is a huge part of this evolution as we increase the mental stress that accompanies competition to better prepare them for the challenges that await them at tournaments. We will also conduct reviews of practice so they can clearly see the adjustments that need to be made.
